Who doesn't love a good surf and turf? A combination of delicious seafood and red meat is something we humans have been raving about since food was invented. When I think about the kings of old age, this is what I imagine they ate on a daily basis.
Your event planner will be able to customize this to your liking. For the "surf" you can pick anything from Caribbean Lobsters to lobsters imported from Maine (they arrive alive), you can also go with Tiger Prawns or Argentinian Shrimp.
For the "turf" anything from a Filet Mignon to a Porterhouse. For purposes of presentation, we chose to keep it simple:
Half a Caribbean lobster and a 4oz G1 Certified Filet Mignon served on a bed of Mashed potatoes and veggies. Priced at $50 per person this is a steal.

Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
