Bauernwurst German Sausage | 4-Pack

Made from pork and beef and delicately seasoned with mustard seeds and white pepper, these links will take you all the way to Germany. 

Unlike Bratwursts which are made from finely ground veal and pork, the meat inside of these links will be coarser as it is more roughly chopped. 

These sausages won a gold medal in the 2019 DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham hosted in Madison, WI, similar to the one held in Frankfurt. 

They can be sizzled on the grill or cooked in an iron skillet. 

Each pack contains 4 links and weighs approximately 1 Lb.

Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. They are cooked, so just heating them will suffice.
